Happy Thanksgiving

"For good oral health, you need fluoride toothpaste, a soft-bristled toothbrush, floss, and an antiseptic or anti-microbial mouth rinse. The American Dental Association recommends brushing teeth at least twice daily with short back-and-forth motions, not vigorous scrubbing. Use a soft-bristled toothbrush - electric or battery-operated is fine - and replace the brush or brush head every three to four months. Floss gently between each tooth, from the gum line to the top of the tooth, to reach plaque between teeth, and swish with a mouth rinse to reduce plaque buildup. If you notice red, tender or swollen gums, gums that bleed when you brush or floss, loose teeth or tooth sensitivity, see your dentist."
